Primate’s Message

Today, we witnessed the dawn of a new era engulfed in the lights of righteousness, kindness, and love. Today, the sacred flag of the newly-born Fourth Republic of Armenia sways in the horizon more proudly than ever. Today is the culmination of all victories in May (the Great Patriotic War, the Liberation of Shushi, and the Establishment of the Defense Army). The divine providence guided the footsteps of our people toward a New Armenia with the election of Nikol Pashinyan, the leader of the reawakening movement.

This reawakening of our people, especially in the Motherland, was nothing short of a miracle. The Birth of the New Armenia enriched our spirits, sparking new hope in our hearts.

Today, we adhere to God’s calling to unite in spirit in our collective efforts to build a more prosperous Motherland. As the world took notice of our peace-loving spirit, our freedom-loving aspiration, admiration for human and fundamental rights, in the same manner, we ought to preserve and cherish our revered values with renewed vigor and faith. As a well-established civil society and one nation, we, as brothers and sisters, must pave the path of light and hope that leads to the New Armenia through sacrificial service and unrelenting dedication.
