Primate Celebrant At The Armenian Church Of Colorado

The Armenian community of Denver, Colorado received the episcopal blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, the Diocesan Primate who was the celebrant and homilist on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church of Denver.  

Accompanying Archbishop Derderian on his pastoral visit was the Rev. Fr. Yeremia Khachatryan, Visiting Pastor of Ararat Home. Extending his blessings to the faithful, the Primate encouraged the flock of Christ to remain steadfast in our ancestral Christian Faith, loyal to the sacred teachings and traditions of the Armenian Apostolic Church and resolute in upholding the Christian values of an Armenian family.

The traditional Blessing of the Grapes ceremony was performed by the clergy.
