Hovsepian School’s 8Th Grade Graduating Class Visits The Western Diocese

On March 26, 2019, the Diocesan Primate welcomed Mr. Shahe Mankerian and the 8^th grade students of Alfred and Marguerite Hovsepian School to the Western Diocese. In a cordial meeting with His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, the students took part in an informative and educational question and answer session. Archbishop Derderian also encouraged the students to remain loyal to the sacred Christian values which we commonly hold in reverence and to strive to become exemplary Christians in our community.

Following their meeting with the Primate, the students were led on a tour of St. Leon Armenian Cathedral and the Zorayan Museum by the Rev. Fr. Yeremia Khachatryan, Visiting Pastor of Ararat Home of Los Angeles and prior to their departure, were treated to a pizza lunch.
