An Appeal For Support Of The Renovation Of The Mother Cathedral Of Holy Etchmiadzin

As you are aware, the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiazin has been undergoing renovation for some time. At the directive of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, we were appointed to oversee the entire fundraising initiative and have been actively engaged in this noble endeavor to ensure that we reach the fundraising goal and the budgeted amount.

We are striving to bring the fundraising efforts to completion within the next ten months, thus reaffirming our loyalty to the spiritual center of the Armenian people and instilling in the hearts of the future generations the sacredness and sanctity of the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin.

A commemorative book, containing the list of ALL donors and all expenses related to the renovations will be published upon the conclusion of the global fundraiser.  

Beloved faithful, Holy Etchmiadzin is the guarantor of our identity, which has enlightened the spiritual lives of our ancestors. The pillar of our spirituality has been the illuminating path leading to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Holy Etchmiadzin has not only been the force of our sustainability, the sacred site of the Descent of God’s Only Begotten Son, but also the affirmation and seal of Christ’s entrance into our souls through the Sacrament of Baptism as we are strengthened through the graces of the Holy Spirit and the prayers of our forefathers.

Each of us has a purpose to contribute to the prosperity and sustainability of Holy Etchmiadzin, to safeguard her centuries-old endowments and to support the renovation of the Mother Cathedral.
