The New Church Property Of St. James Armenian Church Of Sacramento

On June 13, 2019, the Parish Assembly of St. James Armenian Church of Sacramento, under the presidency of the Parish Priest the Rev. Fr. Yeghishe Ksachikyan, approved the purchase of a new property (spanning nearly 3 acres) located at 3020 Marconi Ave Sacramento, CA 95821. The purchase was finalized and completed on July 23, 2019.

On July 12, 2019, the Diocesan Primate Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, accompanied by Dn. Harout Markarian, Executive Director of the Western Diocese travelled to Sacramento where they met with Fr. Yeghishe and the members of the Parish Council. Archbishop Derderian commended the pastoral leadership of Fr. Yeghishe as well as the noble initiative and the vision of the Parish Assembly in acquiring the new property.
