Color therapy is one of the branches of art therapy. It is often used as a complementary therapy alongside other treatments, and is a popular go-to practice for people suffering depression, stress, and seasonal affective disorder.


Scientifically, colors have been proven to affect our moods and perception and our psychologist Narine Abrahamyan uses this method to help our girls achieve their best potential – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually as humans.
