Councilman Paul Krekorian commemorates the 101st anniversary of the Armenian Genocide on Wednesday, April 20, at Los Angeles City Hall. Krekorian, the first Armenian-American on the council, recapped the events of the Centennial Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide in Los Angeles, home to the largest population of Armenians outside of Armenia. Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day is Sunday.
