The Assyrians and the Armenians have a alliance that dates back centuries. Â
As Christians they also share a common history of persecution and survival. One of which was the Christian Genocide of 1915 where a total of 3 Mil Christians (Armenians, Assyrians and Greeks) were killed by the barbaric Ottoman empire. The Assyrians stand with Armenians.
