With heavy hearts we announce that Mary Tateosian, beloved member of St. John Armenian Church, passed into eternal rest on December 7, 2020 at the age of 94. Mary was a long-time member of the St. John community actively participating in the choir, Sunday School, Church Camp, Ladies Society, and Mr. & Mrs. Club. Mary was also active in the Daughters of Vartan and Bay Area Friends of Armenia and made several trips to Armenia in support of the various school projects and the soup kitchen.
Following Mary's wishes and in light of COVID restrictions, the family will gather privately in the next few days. A celebration of the lives of Mary & Charlie will be held in the future when conditions allow. Mary's request was than any donations be made to St. John Armenian Apostolic Church, the Daughters of Vartan c/o Dave Tateosian 1155-C Arnold Drive #447 Martinez, CA 94553, or your favorite charity.
