President Of The Armenian Protestant Community In Syria Rev. Haroutioun Selimian Visits The Western Diocese

On October 20, 2025, the Rev. Haroutune Selimian, President of the Armenian Protestant Community in Syria paid a courtesy visit to the Headquarters of the Western Diocese where he was welcomed by the Diocesan Primate Archbishop Hovnan Derderian.

Rev. Selimian was accompanied by the Rev. Hendrik Shanazarian, Minister to the Union of Armenian Evangelical Churches in North America. 

During the meeting, Rev. Selimian shared with the Diocesan Primate news about the current state and activities of the Armenian Protestant community.

The Diocesan Primate expressed his gratitude to the esteemed guests for their gracious visit and wished them continued success in their ministry.
