Armenian Bar Chairman Saro Kerkonian and West Coast Vice-Chair Michael Amerian accompanied by Former Chairmen of the Association Edvin Minassian and Garo Ghazarian visited the Western Diocese on September 12 for a meeting with H.E. Archbishop Hovnan Derderian. The delegation was greeted and joined by long time Armenian Bar member and Chairman of the Diocesan Council Joseph Kanimian, Esq.
The Primate was congratulated by the Armenian Bar representatives for his reelection as the spiritual leader of the Western Diocese of North America, and for his distinguished service to our church and nation.
During the hour long discussion where innovative ideas for collaborative efforts to serve the Armenian youth were exchanged and discussed, His Eminence praised the efforts of the Armenian Bar in its endeavors and service to community, country and homeland.
