Under the auspices of His Excellency Sergey Sarkisov, Consul General of the Republic of Armenia, on October 25, 2016, the Consulate organized an evening in celebration of the 25th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia. The grandiose celebratory event was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
The Very Rev. Fr. Pakrad Dz. V. Berjekian, Vicar General, attended the gala event accompanied by Archpriest Fr. Manoug Markarian and the Rev. Fr. Khajag Shahbazyan.
Hundreds were in attendance including clergy, civic and public officials, community leaders, representatives of Armenian organizations.
