Nkr Parliament Member Armen Sargsyan Visits The Western Diocese

On January 18, 2017, the Diocesan Primate welcomed the Honorable Armen Sargsyan, member of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Parliament and NKR's former Minister of Youth, Sports, and Education to the Headquarters of the Western Diocese. Diocesan Council Chairman Joseph Kanimian, Esq. participated in the meeting. Issues pertaining to Artaskh were discussed at length.

Mr. Sargsyan was accompanied by Mr. Avedik Izmirlian.
