Dc Chairman And Arclar Board Member Joseph Kanimian Visits Consulate General Of Lebanon

On Tuesday, January 17, 2017, Diocesan Council Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of American Red Cross Los Angeles Region, Joseph Kanimian, Esq. accompanied by member of the Lebanese Red Cross Central Committee Ms. Maha Zaghloul visited the Consulate General of Lebanon in Los Angeles.  They met with the Honorable Johnny Ibrahim, the Consul General and discussed the current Syrian refugee situation in Lebanon along with means to assist the Lebanese Red Cross to deal with the current crisis and rendering assistance to the Lebanese Red Cross. Ms Zaghloul discussed the current state of the Lebanese Red Cross and elaborated on the various projects and services undertaken by the LRC. 

A week earlier, Mr. Kanimian delivered the opening remarks at a lecture delivered by Ms. Zaghloul at the Red Cross headquarters in Los Angeles.
