Ecumenical Service In California'S Capital

On January 18, 2017, the North State Ecumenical Conference organized an ecumenical service titled "Reconciliation--The Love of Christ Compels Us." On this occasion Rev. Maxwell E. Johnson, PhD was invited to be the day's homilist. Rev. Johnson also led a seminar open to the public, titled, "Baptism:Entering Right Relationships," which was held at Westminster Presbyterian Church. After the seminar, the participants were invited for dinner at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. The prayer service was held at St. John's Lutheran Church.

Representing the Diocesan Primate was the pastor of St. James Armenian Apostolic Church of Sacramento the Rev Fr. Yeghishe Ksachikyan.
