Primate Presides Over Deacons’ Meeting At Diocesan Headquarters

On January 20, 2017, the Primate presided over a meeting with the deacons of the Western Diocese at the Diocesan Headquarters in Burbank. Topics on the agenda included the formation of a Deacons Executive Council, the upcoming Youth Rally and Conference in March, pilgrimages to Armenia and Jerusalem, acolyte and deacons’ training seminars, monthly fellowships and other related topics.

The Very Rev. Fr. Pakrad Dz. V. Berjekian, Vicar General was appointed as the general overseer of the Deacons Executive Council. The Very Rev. Fr. Yeremia Abgaryan also participated in the meeting.
