On January 19, 2017, the Primate presided over the dedication ceremony of the chapel at St. Geragos Armenian Church in Las Vegas. Assisting His Eminence were the Very Rev. Fr. Sasoon Dz. V. Zumrookhdian, Pastor of the Las Vegas Parish and Archpriest Fr. Manoug Markarian. The benefactors of the chapel are Mr. and Mrs. Artur Varzhapetyan and family. Deacon Harout Markarian, the Executive Director of the Western Diocese participated in the dedication ceremony.
The date of the consecration of the chapel will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
