Armenian School Students Receive Holy Communion

The beautiful tradition of visiting Armenian Schools to bring the Good News to the youth continues at the Western Diocese. On December 15, 2017, Archpriest Fr. Shnork Demirjian and the Rev. Fr. Serovbe Alanjian, paid a pastoral visit AGBU Manoogian-Demirjian School. In his message to the students, Fr. Shnork conveyed the significance of spiritual renewal through the Miraculous Birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The homily was followed by the distribution of Holy Communion to the students and the administration.

On December 21, Archpriest Fr. Sarkis Petoyan, accompanied by the Rev. Fr. Nerses Hayrapetyan visited Alfred and Marguerite Hovsepian School and the AGBU Vatche and Tamar Manoukian School in Pasadena where the clergy emphasized the importance of a prayerful life in a troubling world. Holy Communion was distributed to the students and staff alike.

On the following day the Rev. Fr. Khajag Shahbazyan and the Rev. Fr. Mashdots Keshishian visited the students at Little Angels Academy in Burbank and distributed Holy Communion following an inspirational homily on spiritual renewal and strength granted through prayer.
