High Ranking Armenian-American Officials From The Mayor’s Office Honored By The Armenian Consulate

The Consulate General invited the newly appointed and Mayor’s two senior staff members for meet-and-greet reception with the leaders and friends of Armenian Community on January 16, 2018. The event, held in cooperation with the Community Affairs Council and Houry and Steve Samuelian honored Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles for International Affairs Nina Hachigian and two high ranking officials from the Mayor’s Office namely the Director of Federal Programs George Kivork and the Director of Legislative Policy Michelle Garakian.  

The Diocesan Primate Archbishop Hovnan Derderian attended the event accompanied by the Executive Director the Western Diocese Dn. Harout Markarian.
