On February 1, 2018, the Diocesan Primate met with Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger. The Diocesan Primate was accompanied by Harout Markarian, Executive Director of the Western Diocese. Ms. Anna Mouradian, Chief Deputy of Supervisor Barger also participated in the meeting. His Eminence expressed his gratitude to Supervisor Barger for attending the celebration of the Divine Liturgy at St. Leon Armenian Cathedral on the Feast of the Nativity and Theophany.
Collaborative events aimed at solidifying the bond of between the Office of Supervisor Barger and the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church were discussed. Â
